2.2. Milestone-Based Payments:
Refunds are not available for milestone-based payments once the milestone deliverables have been approved by the client.
2.3. Custom Services:
Services that are tailored to the client’s specific needs (e.g., custom web development or bespoke marketing strategies) are non-refundable once the work has started.
2.4. Subscription Services:
Refunds for subscription-based services will not be provided for the current billing cycle. You may cancel future billing cycles as outlined in the cancellation section.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Client-Initiated Cancellation:

- If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client is responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-recoverable expenses.
3.2. Agency-Initiated Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel services in the following scenarios:
- Non-payment of invoices within the agreed timeframe.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
- Any other breach of the agreement.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
